  1. Payments and Commissions

All transactions, including payments and commissions, will be conducted using USDT BEP-20. Members must have a BEP-20 compatible wallet to receive payments. • Commission Payouts: Commissions will be calculated and paid out on a daily basis automatically. • Minimum Payout Threshold: Commissions will be paid out once the Member’s earnings reach the minimum threshold of 5 USDT. • Transaction Fees: Any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the payout amount.

  1. Member Responsibilities

Members are expected to: • Promote the Product ethically and honestly. • Provide accurate information during the registration process. • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices. • Not share their account credentials with others. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the account.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our MLM program and Product if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to our Company or other Members. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your account with others.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to our Product and MLM program are owned by Infobyte. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our marketing materials for the purpose of promoting the Product.

  1. Dispute Resolution
